  • It's bin a Long Time.

    Over the past year I have been away I have deluded myself into thinking I have recovered. I have kept my weight up yes, but I binge constantly and I havent taken a shit without laxatives in over 3 years now. I have not recovered I can only lie to myself and say I have.

    But for me I have to get my weight down again I am going insane keeping this high weight so that people would stop talking about my eating habits. But I'm tired of being fat here's to dropping weight , going on a liquid fast for 11 days beginning with two days of water fast.

  • WEEEHOO. check it.

    Okay just posting this here because I know a load of people dont check their inbox.
    So I've decided to go raw vegan. I'm been vegan/ vegetarian for awhile switching back and forth and I tried the raw thing for a week a while ago. I felt amazing. I wasn't bingeing anymore and when I did eat a lot, I looked at the calorie count and really it wasnt a lot.
    So anyways I've gone raw vegan and started a Tumblr blog for it.
    I'm gonne post daily fitness things, nutrition advice, and other things health related I am passionate about.

  • Fasting

    I havent been posting because due to a mental/ anxiety freak out Ive come home to my parents for the long weekend early.
    I also havent started my liquid fast yet.
    And gained weight due to that. So due to the fact I have less time for halloween prep now.
    I am planning on fasting through the long weekend.... that means no halloween din din, I dont care while my famjam eats I'll take the dog for awalk or something. Its not like they can make me eat.
    So fasting till after school tuesday and then on to liquids .... fast started at 11 this morning

    As for outtake . I will of corse be doing my yoga, some walking and maybe som stationary bike depending on how I feel/ how much caffeine I have had :)

  • I'M BACK BITCHES



    IM BACK BITCHES.
    AND I'M SORRY I LEFT

    Currently at 128. Well was before my binge but It was a vegg binge so its mainly water gain and I'm gonna try and metamucil most of it out... if that doesnt work I'll get some laxies tomorrow.

    SOOO who here is needing to lose weight for Halloween.
    my goal is 15-20lbs so to be between 108-113lbs For halloween

    How I'm planning to do this???Its a liquid fast
     

    I also live off sugar free energy drinks and a max of 2 a day (40extra calories for 2)
    Anything added food wise adds 200 more crunches per item

    (I have crunches down as abs because crunches didn't fit into the boxes.)
    (also leg stands for leg lift)
    (and Arizona are those Arizona drinks ... mmmm I love them. )

    If I can't get a run in due to whether I'll add another 30 minutes yoga or run 30-60 stair sets

    So that until halloween.
    My costume
    I cant decide between slutty leprechaun , or slutty pocahontas...
    For both I only need to buy like 2 things.

    So last time I stuck to a plan like this I lost 12lbs in a week it slows down after that and I also use laxatives at the beginning because any food left in your bowel well its annoying and all that creates unneeded gas and the food will just be sitting there and rotting for a month which is gross.

    Anyways Srry I was gone so long.
    School has been hectic I have like no immune system so going back to school means being sick.... all the fucking time.

    And Imma keep ye posted. Like every fucking morning :) after my morning workouts though
    And catch up with yall because to be honest I missed ye

    Wake up time was 3am like normal.

    Out
    400 crunches
    100 squats
    1hr  yoga
    20mins run
    Gym class
    20minutes walk

    In
    Nuts / Seeds
    Vegetables
    Dried fruit
    Soymilk
    Diet Rockstar
    Black Coffee

    Today first period I have fitness testing so there will be more outtake, I prob won't write it down as outtake though because I won't know the exact number.
    Where I had not such a great intake I had a huge outtake, hat gym class was brutal, the reps don't include any that I did in gym class.
