Okay just posting this here because I know a load of people dont check their inbox.
So I've decided to go raw vegan. I'm been vegan/ vegetarian for awhile switching back and forth and I tried the raw thing for a week a while ago. I felt amazing. I wasn't bingeing anymore and when I did eat a lot, I looked at the calorie count and really it wasnt a lot.
So anyways I've gone raw vegan and started a Tumblr blog for it.
I'm gonne post daily fitness things, nutrition advice, and other things health related I am passionate about.
